Resurrecting dead shuffle?

You have an iPod shuffle (512 MB). iPod shuffle Reset Utility (the latest one i guess 1.04 or something) is not able to restore my iPod shuffle. When I tried to make the process of updating arrested for an error and the serial number has changed. I tried resetting my iPod, but it has not been successful. She said that "there was a problem to obtain information from your iPod. "I opened iTunes and tried restoring my iPod, but he says" error 1415 ". Can not Run format on Windows XP. Says some IOCTL error or insert the disk in the volume, etc. Shows Apple iPod 2.7 (0 MB) in the software disk formatting but can not read or access the volume. No buttons work. Not even the light of the battery. But the green light very very dark (may appear only in the dark). Out of warranty to help will be greatly appreciated.

The utility must be done for resetting your iPod shuffle. Now, there appears to be a clerical error. I suggest you bring in to the shop to remedy because it is the only way.
