I was going to buy an iPod Touch today but I learned that Apple is supposed to come out with a new one in September.

Any truth to that?

When will the Ipod Touch 3rd Generation come out?

I’ve been waiting to find out when the next ipod touch (3rd generation) will be in stores, i have heard it will be in stores in september, but im not really sure if that’s true or not. if you have found the same result, please post a source or sources.
Also, I want to know what would the new feature be, like in the 2nd generation, there was the ability to listen without headphones, i believe.

The last two ipod touch models were both released in September (one in 2007 and the other in 2008). So it makes sense to assume that the next one will be this September.
