Docking station/radio/CD player for 4th gen nano?

IS there a docking station that can play and CHARGE this ipod? I recently got the phillips sound box ipod docking station for $80, but the ipod dock is too roomy for my ipod and wiggles around a lot when i change the ipod song. So that one is a no no. Preferably under $200 and must include radio and cd player. Thanks for all your help..

It would be nice of you to suggest some brands and models of them, rate them and state any features it has that you liike They can be from ebay if you like; but no other shopping sites please.
