I can’t transfer songs from my iPod to Itunes?

Recently, something happened to my computer and I had to uninstall Itunes, and all my music files got deleted. This shouldn’t be a problem for me, because my account still works and my ipod still has all my music files, and I should be able to transfer songs…But for some reason it will only let me transfer about 50-60 (Out of about 700) and it keeps giving me this message saying “ATTEMPTING TO COPY TO DISK ‘HP PAVILLON’ FAILED. UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURED” (-69)Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
And my iPod is still working will all my songs on it, just my itunes is having problems.

Uninstalling iTunes does not delete the files from the computer. So unless you deleted them, they’re still there and the rest is moot.

When you’re done with this whole issue, be sure to back up any files you don’t want to lose.

Read your user guide and learn how the device and software work. It makes for a much more enjoyable experience.
